🌍 Shipping Options

We proudly offer nationwide and international shipping.

• Domestic Orders (USA):
  Orders under $100 will include a standard shipping fee, visible at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
• International Orders:
  We ship globally. However, returns are not accepted on international orders at this time.
  After placing an international order, you will receive an email or phone call from us with the exact shipping cost calculated by UPS.
  If the shipping cost is not acceptable to you, we will cancel and refund your order with no penalty.

💳 Payment Information

All payments are processed securely at the time of purchase via Clover.
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments as available on the Clover system.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges, and Lost or Damaged Packages

• For domestic orders, if your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a free return or replacement.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery via phone or email, along with photographic proof or other supporting evidence.
• For international orders, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
