Cigars
– Not completely satisfied? Try one sample cigar. If it’s not a match, return the rest within 30 days with original cellophane intact. We’ll offer a full refund or store credit.
– If more than one cigar has been sampled, you’ll receive credit/refund for the unused portion, minus return shipping.

Non-Tobacco Items
– Accessories or gifts also have a 30-day refund window—must be unused and in original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items– Damage on arrival? We cover the return shipping—just reach out right away, and we’ll replace or refund fully.

How to Return

1. Contact us at sales@egcigars.com to get a Return Authorization within 3 days of delivery.
2. Pack items carefully, insure them, and ship back within 30 days of receipt. Include all promotion freebies or accessories.
3. Once received, we’ll process your credit or refund using your original payment method. Shipping costs are only covered if the item was defective or damaged
